Promotions Discount Policy

At TWEAK, we occasionally offer promotions, discounts, coupon codes, bundle deals, subscription savings, and other special offers to provide additional value to our customers.

This Promotions & Discount Policy explains how these offers operate and the terms that apply when participating in promotional campaigns on www.tweak.co.nz.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Payment Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, and other applicable policies published on our Website.

1. General

All promotions offered by TWEAK are subject to availability and these terms unless otherwise stated.

Promotions may include, but are not limited to:

Percentage discounts
Dollar-value discounts
Promotional coupon codes
Limited-time sales
Bundle deals
Free shipping offers
Free gifts with purchase
Subscribe & Save offers
Wholesale promotions
Seasonal campaigns
Product launch offers

Promotions have no cash value unless required by law.

2. Promotional Periods

Each promotion is valid only during the advertised promotional period.

Unless otherwise stated:

promotions start and end on the dates specified;
expired promotions cannot be applied retrospectively;
extensions are granted solely at TWEAK’s discretion.

3. Discount Codes

Discount codes may be issued through:

our Website;
email newsletters;
social media;
marketing campaigns;
authorised promotional partners.

Unless otherwise stated:

one discount code may be used per order;
codes must be entered before checkout is completed;
codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed;
codes are non-transferable;
codes cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Sale Pricing

Sale prices apply only during the advertised promotional period.

Once a promotion has ended:

regular pricing will apply;
previously advertised sale prices cannot be honoured.

5. Free Shipping Promotions

Where free shipping promotions are offered:

eligibility requirements will be displayed on the Website;
promotions apply only to qualifying orders;
delivery locations may be restricted;
commercial freight charges may still apply for large or heavy items unless otherwise stated.

6. Free Gift Promotions

From time to time, TWEAK may offer complimentary products with eligible purchases.

Examples include:

Free chai premix
Free sachets
Free samples
Promotional merchandise
Other bonus items

Free gifts:

are available while stocks last;
cannot be exchanged for cash;
cannot be substituted unless determined by TWEAK;
may vary from promotional images.

If a qualifying order is returned and no longer meets the promotion requirements, the free gift may also need to be returned in unused condition or its value may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

7. Bundle Offers

Bundle promotions apply only when all qualifying products are purchased together in a single transaction.

If part of a bundle is returned, the promotional pricing may no longer apply and any refund may be adjusted accordingly, subject to applicable New Zealand consumer laws.

8. Subscribe & Save Promotions

Subscription discounts are available only while an eligible subscription remains active.

Subscription promotions:

may differ from standard promotions;
cannot usually be combined with other discount codes unless stated otherwise;
may change or end with reasonable notice.

9. Wholesale Promotions

Wholesale pricing, commercial offers and distributor promotions are generally separate from retail promotions.

Retail promotions may not apply to:

wholesale customers;
commercial supply agreements;
authorised distributors;
approved stockists,

unless expressly stated.

10. Gift Cards

Unless specifically stated:

promotional discounts cannot be used to purchase gift cards;
gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law;
gift cards may not be combined with certain promotional offers.

11. Combining Promotions

Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined.

This includes combinations of:

discount codes;
sale pricing;
subscription discounts;
wholesale pricing;
promotional vouchers;
free gift campaigns.

Where multiple promotions are available, the system will generally apply the most beneficial eligible offer unless otherwise specified.

12. Pricing Errors

Occasionally, promotions may be affected by pricing or technical errors.

If a promotional price has been displayed incorrectly due to a genuine error, TWEAK reserves the right to:

correct the pricing;
cancel affected orders before dispatch;
issue a full refund where payment has already been made.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable New Zealand consumer laws.

13. Order Cancellations

If an order qualifying for a promotion is cancelled before dispatch:

the associated promotion will also be cancelled;
promotional benefits cannot generally be transferred to future orders.

14. Returns and Refunds

Where products purchased during a promotion are returned:

refunds will generally reflect the price actually paid;
promotional discounts will not be refunded separately;
free gifts may need to be returned if the qualifying purchase is refunded.

Returns remain subject to our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable New Zealand law.

15. Abuse of Promotions

To ensure fairness for all customers, TWEAK reserves the right to cancel or refuse promotional offers where we reasonably believe there has been:

fraudulent activity;
misuse of coupon codes;
creation of multiple customer accounts to obtain additional discounts;
automated purchasing;
resale contrary to promotional terms;
other conduct intended to unfairly obtain promotional benefits.

Orders associated with suspected abuse may be cancelled and refunded.

16. Changes to Promotions

TWEAK reserves the right to:

modify promotional offers;
replace promotional products;
withdraw promotions;
change eligibility requirements,

where reasonably necessary due to stock availability, supplier issues, technical errors, legal requirements or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such changes will not affect orders already accepted unless required by law or where a genuine pricing error has occurred.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TWEAK is not liable for:

expired promotional codes;
missed promotional opportunities;
customer entry errors;
technical issues preventing code redemption;
stock shortages during promotional campaigns.

Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other applicable New Zealand legislation.
